Jessie Hargan 1850 - 1919
When Jessie Hargan was born in January 1850 in Hackney, Middlesex, her father, Harry Biggerstaff Hargen, was 34, and her mother, Ann Brees, was 29.
She married Frederick Augustus Renshawe in July 1872 in Croydon, Surrey.
They had four children, Phyllis Annie Renshawe, Rupert Harry Renshawe, Leonora Edith Renshawe and Eric Gordon Renshawe. They retired to Rowlands Road, Worthing. She died on 18 February 1919 at 8 Eriswell Road, Worthing, Sussex, at the age of 69.
She was buried in Heene Cemetery on 21st February 1918 with the Rev G K Boyd officiating.
