Frances Emma Pell was the second daughter born in Portslade to parents George Pell and Frances Eliza Lintott. Both parents were from Brighton. 

George Pell worked as an Upholsterer and ran a successful business in Worthing. 

Frances Emma never married and lived with her parents until her death on 7th October 1938 in Worthing.

The Last Will and Testament for Frances Emma Pell was dated 17th June 1937 and has this signature:  The Solicitors were Charles, Malcolm and Wilson of "Highworth" Worthing and the 

Executors were Roy Alexander Malcolm 

and Keith Alexander Buchanan Wilson.
