As an unincorporated, constituted association, the Friends of Heene Cemetery has a structure that belies its day-to-day informality. The following documents explain this. Committee members are elected (or re-elected) annually at an Annual General Meeting.
The constitution is the over-arching document that guides the work of the Friends. It is reviewable and open for discussion at any time. Changes to it need to be agreed by vote at an Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Membership is open to anyone and everyone.
