William Joseph Summers 1847 - 1927

William Joseph Summers was born about 1847 in Midsomer Norton, Somerset to John Ingram Summers, a beer seller, and his wife Eliza Avery from Ilchesher.

He had four siblings: Henry, Amelia, Sarah Ann and Matilda.

He married Elizabeth Ann Woodman on 13th May 1869 in Burnham on Sea, Somerset. They had a daughter Elizabeth Ann, born 1886 and a son William born 1887.

William was a warehouseman and a caretaker of 24 Thorn Road, Worthing, Sussex on 19th December 1927 died at Groombridge Nursing Home, Chaucer Road, Worthing.
