Life story

When Sarah Ann Smith was born in March 1885 in Worthing, Sussex, her father, David, was 32, and her mother, Sarah Ann Boulter (Bolter) from Walberton, was 29. She had two brothers and two sisters. She died, aged 1 in August 1886 in Worthing and was buried in Heene Cemetery. Her 7 year old brother, Henry, 3 month old brother George Henry and maternal grandparents, William and Caroline Bolter, are also buried in Heene.
