Mr. Robert Jeffry Donohue, of Cecil House, Richmond Road, Worthing, formerly of 169, Queen’s Gate, Kensington, and of 5, Adelaide Street, Kingstown, Dublin, who died on the 2nd December last, aged 79yrs, left personal estate of the value of £25,993 16s 10d. including £9079 9s 9d. in England. He bequeathed £100 to his sister-in-law, Mrs. Annie Willson Donohue, and £300 to his nephew, Robert Francis Plowman Donohue. He left his residuary estate upon trust to pay £300 a year for five years after his death to his daughter, Nora Ellen, should she so long remain unmarried, and £5,000 a year for a further ten years should she still remain a spinster, the surplus income to accumulate, and upon marriage the whole of the income is to be paid to her. He left the ultimate upon trust for her issue, but failing issue, then upon trust for his said nephew, Robert Francis Donohue.

Amelia (Helbert) Donohue
- His second wife, Amelia, appears to have continued living in hotels, and in 1924, she died while a resident at The Imperial Hotel, Bournemouth, aged 77yrs. She left £1.7m. at 2024 values, administration was granted to the public trustee. (Usually indicating there was a will, but no executor with power to obtain a grant of probate).
- Robert’s daughter, Nora Ellen, married shortly after his death, but died in 1913, aged 44yrs.
