Life story

George H Frampton was born in 1823 in Iwerne Courtney, Dorset, the son of Hannah and Fredrick. He married Caroline Ann Newman and they had six children, John Newman Frampton, Hannah Frampton, George Henry Frampton, Edwin Tobias Frampton, Caroline Susannah Frampton and Samuel Frampton.

George was a coachman and domestic servant.

George later married Jane Short on 10 September 1866 in Southampton, Hampshire. He died in 1895 in Worthing, Sussex, at the age of 72, and was buried in Heene Cemetery Sussex.
