Life story

Elaine Mavis Clarke was born in late 1912 in Worthing, Sussex. Her father was Derby born Arthur, a G.P.O. Clerk, and her mother was Maude Frances Somerset  Tellick from Worthing. She had two sisters and died aged 3 years 6 months in 1916. Elaine was buried in Heene Cemetery, West Worthing, Sussex.
