Life story

Cyril Victor Ashling was born in Worthing in April 1900. His father, Arthur, was a builder aged 40 and his mother, Emily Harriet Short, was from a Chelsea aged 39. Cyril was baptised at HeenBaptism of Cyril Ashlinge on June 17th 1900 by Rev. Fallowes He had one brother and three sisters. 

 

He died in September aged 5 months and was buried on 17th September in Heene Cemetery in a service officiated by Rev. Fallowes.
