Life story

Life story

Amy was born in Washington, the daughter of Henry and Mary. Her father was a gardener and her mother was a laundress. She was baptised in Washington church on 27 Oct 1861. By 1871, the family had moved to Worthing. Amy helped her mother by taking in laundry. She never married and carried on living at her parents house after they died. Amy died in London at the end of 1916. No Probate.
