Life story

Life story

When Alfred Thomas Merydue was born in 1866 in Titchfield, Hampshire, his father, Charles Merydue, was 39 and his mother, Martha Osmond, was 43. Alfred was a police constable and he married Annie Alice Daniels on 9 November 1892 in Westhampnett, Sussex. They had one child, Charles Alfred Merydue. Alfred died in January 1930 in Worthing, Sussex, at the age of 64 and was buried in Heene Cemetery.
