Life story

Ada was born in Ryde, Isle of Wight,  the daughter of James and his wife Eliza. She was baptised at St Thomas, Ryde on 8 Mar 1857. James was an upholsterer running a small business in Union Street. Eliza died in 1870. In 1885, James died. Ada died the following year at her sister Deborah's home, 3 South View Terrace, Rowlands Road, Worthing. She had been suffering from diabetes. No Probate.
