A triple event
Saturday 12th September 2020 proved to be a triple event. Starting with the launch of this website live, followed by our AGM and culminating with a small group of dedicated volunteers and supporters enjoying a pleasant afternoon having a picnic.
Unfortunately, we were not able to make this event open to the general public due to COVID-19 regulations.
Friends of Heene Cemetery enjoy a triple celebration!

During our AGM a grasshopper landed on the knee of one of our Volunteers and stayed basking in the sunshine for most of the session. Several butterflies passed us by and birds twittered in the trees.
These delicious cakes ended a perfect afternoon sharing thoughts and ideas for future projects in Heene Cemetery.
